These Villas are a new complex that consists of 2 , two storied villas of ca 100 sq.m. with private pool 24 sq.m. The Villas, are built at the base of a hill, on a 1000 sq.m. piece of land with fantastic view towards the Village of Potamia and the sea.

The closest Sandy beach (and tavern) is 400 meters away. The center of Skala Potamias/Golden Beach is approximately 500 meters.

On the top floor of each Villa there is 2 bedrooms (sleeps 2-3 people in each bedroom) with air conditioning, a toilet and a bathroom.

On the first floor there is a dinning room, a living room , satellite tv, DVD, a kitchen fully equipped (also has a dish washer), a second toilet with shower(and a laundry)

01-31/8 : euros 125 per day for whole villa

01-30/9 : euros 85 per day for whole villa
