Thassos Island - Villages/Megalos Prinos-01.jpg Megalos Prinos, which is also named Big Kazaviti, is only half a kilometre away from Micros Prinos. The village was also called Tsigura in the past. The village had a very good schoolsystem in his heydays, which was also appreciated from the villages in the envirement.
The villages lay in a mountain valley, which is surrounded by umbrella pines and spruces at the feets of the Ipsarion. The sight down to the sea with all his bays is very beautyful.
