Every monday morning there is the market of Prinos.
Prinos is at the west-coast of Thassos.
The market is an experience that you shouldn't miss.
You can see the barkers in action, mostly at the froot- and vegetables-shops.
From left you will hear the barkers, prising his wares, from the right you hear some bells ringing,
to make you interesting for the sellers.
The choice here at the market is large.
You can get leatherware, hardware, householddevices, shoes, underwear and dessous(!), T-shirts, Jeans,
table-clothes, fabrics, numerous sorts of nuts, froots and vegetable.
The market of Prinos is not so big, that you could loose the overview, but big enough to be impressed.
A tip for everybody, who wants to buy clothes at the market: Trying Jeans and other clothes happens directly
here at the salesman - without cabin.
Some salesmen offers their vans for trying clothes.
A small cafe beside the market place offers the depleted visitor a place for resting.
